We process your data to fulfill contractual and ethical obligations, including:

• Shared with editors, reviewers (anonymously in double-blind review) and production staff to facilitate the publication process.

• We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or in connection with the investigation of fraud or misconduct, including violations of the Author Warranties.

• Published Records: Data linked to published works (Author name, affiliation) is retained indefinitely for permanent archival integrity.
• Other Data: Retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or comply with legal requirements.
